Shipping policy

All orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours of you placing the order using Royal Mail, DHL eCommerce, USPS or ePacket depending on your location and fastest available service. The typical delivery time frame is between 5 to 7 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays or strikes. 

We ship items worldwide. Delivery to the UK is free. Due to the use of a carrier company, delivery to other countries in the world will be charged a standard fee depending on number of items ordered. Customers in the Democratic Republic of Congo, can visit Boutique Maliwax in Kinshasa or BMZ in Bukavu, to purchase Zelle Noir products.
