Refund policy
We aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We will refund you the price you paid for the products if you are unhappy with them.
We'll be glad to exchange your item or refund the full price if you choose to return it within 14 days of delivery.
We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged. All goods should be undamaged, sealed, and in original packaging.
All returns are evaluated before being processed.
Unless faulty, personalized gifts or cosmetics products cannot be refunded or exchanged. For all returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping of the items.
Please note that your right to return items does not apply to items that are: which have been personalized (such as by being engraved); or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; sealed items (for example facial products) that have been supplied which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if they become unsealed after delivery.
